Question: If I ask Fiesta Garden Services to give me a quote for a job I need doing in my garden in what form will it take?

Answer: Once a member of our team has visited your garden and ascertained what your needs are. A written quotation and work schedule will be prepared and forwarded to you by post or hand delivered. 

Question: When I receive a quotation from you will it be an estimate and will there be any extra costs.

Answer: The quotation we provide is FREE and the charge for the work on the quotation is the full amount that will be charged on completion.

Question: Will I be asked to pay any money in advance before work commences?

Answer: NO money will be asked for in advance, payment will be required in full on completion of work carried out. However if the job requires a large amount of materials, a deposit will be asked for to cover the cost of these.

Question: What method of payment is preferred?

Answer: Payment can be made by Cash or Cheque unfortunately the company does not accept credit cards at the moment.

Question: If I get a quote from you and I get another quote which is cheaper, will you match or beat that quote?

Answer: Fiesta Garden Services try to be as competitive as possible in its pricing along with giving good customer service and quality workmanship. Getting into a competition to beat other quotes would only mean that part of the service that we offer would suffer as a result.

Question: Once I have recieved your quote how long will the quote last for.

Answer: The quote is upheld at the price for thirty days from the date it was issued.

Question: I am happy with the quote and have asked you to start work. What happens if I decide that I want more work to be done in addition to what you have quoted for?

Answer: Once work has started a new quote for any further work will be issued to you in writing which will be separate to the original quote.

Question: I have asked for a quote for Fiesta Garden Services to do some work in my garden but does the quote include the disposal of the garden waste?

Answer: All quotes given include the removal and disposal of all garden waste which is produced from the work carried out. However if the removal of the garden waste by Fiesta Garden Services is NOT required a cheaper quote will be issued.
